Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large chicken
1 tsp salt
2 tsp season salt
Homemade taco shells
tomato, sliced
lettuce, shredded
cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with the salt till done. Take chicken off bone and place in sauce pan with season salt and 1 c water. Simmer for 20 min.
For taco shells:
In large bowl, add 6 c. masa and 4 c. water. If necessary, add a little more water. Make 1 1/2 in. diameter balls with the masa. Flatten between 2 pieces of plastic (I use a sandwich bag cut in 2). Carefully remove plastic and place on griddle(set on high). Cook for 1 min. then flip. Flip a second time after a min. After a few seconds, tortilla should puff up in the middle. Place tortillas in deep fat fryer and shape into a taco shell. Remove after about a min.
Place chicken in taco, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Add any other garnishes you like.
