1 1/2 lbs fresh halibut fillets
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp vegetable salt substitute

Directions:

Combine ahead of time these ingredients for a sauce:
3 tbsp coarse brown mustard
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp yellow prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 450º. Place 4 servings of halibut in a single layer of a shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam. Brush tops of fillets lightly with oil and sprinkle salt substitute seasoning on fillets. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until the thickest part of fillet flakes easily. Serve with rice and mustard sauce.
