1 C parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-2 hands full of shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp garlic salt

Mix together. Bake 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with triscuits, pita chips or rye crisps.

For a different twist – add 6 chopped green onions, 1 pkg of crab or green chilis
