½ onion chopped
2 ½ T minced garlic
2 T butter
1 box frozen spinach, thawed
2 cans artichokes, chopped
2 cans hearts of palm, chopped
2 c mayo
2 c sour cream
½ T Tabasco
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp crushed red pepper
8oz Parmesan cheese
8oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Saute’ onion and garlic in the butter. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, mayo, sour cream, Tabasco, black pepper, crushed red pepper, 8oz mozzarella cheese & 6oz parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add onion mixture and stir. Put in a 9x13 baking dish and top w/ remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake 20-30 min. at 375º (uncovered). Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.

Note: can make ahead and bake just prior to serving. Can also bake smaller amount in smaller dish or warm in crock pot.
