3 heads of broccoli
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
2 or 3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/3 cup bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a bowl: red wine vinegar, mayo and sugar.
Place in fridge until ready to stir into salad.
In a large bowl: Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Add onion, sunflower seeds, bacon and cheese. Combine together. Chill. Make sauce with red wine vinegar, mayo and sugar. Mix well together. Just before serving, add the sauce in and mix until the salad is coated. (If you add it too early, it will go soggy).
