1 1/2 C warm water
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 C more flour
Melted butter or margarine for dipping ( about 1 cube)

Directions:
Directions:
Rise yeast in water and sugar. Add 2 C flour and salt. Stir. Add rest of flour. Rise once then punch down and roll out. Cut in strips and dip them in melted butter or margarine and twist as you place them on cookie sheet barely touching each other. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese or sesame seeds if desired. Rise-Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes. NOTE - Rise double and this makes very light, fluffy, yummy breadsticks for spaghetti, soup, etc
