2 1/2 c warm water
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
6 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a big bowl - dissolve yeast in 2 tbsp sugar and warm water. After yeast rises add the salt and oil and then the flour. Stir together then let it sit for 10 minutes. Punch it down, sit 10 more min. punch and repeat for a total of 5 times (about 50 min) Divide into 2 loaves on a greased cookie sheet, kneading into shape. Rise double. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes. Egg can be rubbed on loaves for shiny look and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
