3-4 lb pork roast or country style ribs (or other meat)
1 16 oz bottle salsa
1 can black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker pour beans and salsa over the top and cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred meat and serve in tortillas. It makes good filling for burritos, enchiladas, or quesadillas, or serve it over rice.
