4 1/2 c. raw grated sweet potatoes
3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 lg. eggs - slightly beaten
1 T. cinnamon, more if necessary to suit taste
1 1/2 sticks of melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a large greased pan. Cook at 375º for 45 minutes until pudding turns golden brown. Stir often. Add more milk while stirring if necessary to keep pudding from being dry.
