1 box vanilla wafers

1/2 c sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
2 eggs beaten

1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together all the filling ingredients. Put a vanilla wafer into each cup of a cupcake pan and add filling.

Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.

Mix topping and put 1 tsp. on top of each cheesecake. Return to oven for 5 minutes

Garnish if desired--nuts, dribble chocolate or jam
