1 baked pie crust
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. coffee or any other flavor ice cream
butterscotch or fudge topping

Directions:
Directions:
Let ice cream sit out of freezer long enough so it is workable but not melting. Spread vanilla ice cream in baked pie shell until half full and then dribble on some topping all over ice cream. Fill pie shell with the other flavor of ice cream and top with meringue. Put in freezer and when ready to serve put in 425º - 450º oven for 3 minutes.
