1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
16 0z. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. fruit juice
favorite fruit toppings
1 c. favorite juice
2-3 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust by mixing margarine, shortening, sugar, eggs, salt, soda, flour and cream of tartar. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 10 min. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 5 tbsp. juice. Spread on crust. Top with your favorite fruits. Make glaze using 1 c. juice and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Cool and brush over fruit. Note - I like mandarin oranges, strawberries, red grapes, kiwi, bananas and blueberries.
