8-12 chicken breasts
1 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 c apricot pineapple jam
1 c favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
1 small onion finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and shake with chicken in ziplock baggie. Place in single layer in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, loosely covered, 350º 60-90 minutes or until no longer pink in middle. Note - This can be made up to 24 hours before hand and then just place in oven to cook when ready.
