1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup skim milk
1 cup whole bran (Bran buds cereal)
1 cup buttermilk or non fat yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, bran, baking powder, sugar, salt and soda. Slowly blend milk and buttermilk into flour mixture. Add eggs and melted butter; beat until blended. Cook pancakes on greased, medium hot griddle. For smooth pancakes, let batter stand for 20 minutes before using. May be refrigerated for 5-6 days.
