4 chicken breasts cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 c bisquick mix
1 tbsp olive oil
2/3 c brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/4 c pepper finely chopped
1/4 c onion finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in pan to begin warming. Combine bisquick and salt into a gallon ziplock baggie. Dip chicken in egg and then place in bag with bisquick mix. Shake until well coated and them place in hot oil. Cook until no longer pink. Remove and set aside. In same pan, combine rest of ingredients excluding pineapple and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and pineapple and cook until warmed through. Serve over rice.
