3 tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 cups squash
2 cups milk
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs
3 tsp salt
13 cups flour?? (you want it to form a soft ball....I probably use less...start with 6 cups then add until you get the soft ball.)

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and then add the 2 tbsp. sugar. Mix squash mixture, add yeast mixture, and add 6 cups flour. Beat on medium for 3 min or so and stir in remaining flour until forms soft ball. Knead for 10 min. Let rise in bowl. Punch down and form into loaves, place in greased bread pans, let rise. Bake at 350º for 35-40 min.
