2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
4 cups grated or chunked apples
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 cup nuts


Topping #1:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
chopped nuts


Topping #2: (Goes over the baked cake)
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together vanilla, eggs, oil, apples and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Turn batter into a greased 9x13" pan. Mix ingredients for topping number 1 and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Mix ingredients for topping number 2 - boil ingredients to a soft ball stage. Pour over warm cake.
