1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 c saltine cracker crumbs
1 can tomato sauce
2 c shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 c chopped onion
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except 1/3 c. tomato sauce and cheese. Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle on lightly floured wax paper. Sprinkle the cheese on the mixture. Roll it up and press the ends to seal it. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over it and bake for 10 more minutes.
