1 package 16 oz spaghetti
1 medium tomato
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1/4 c olive oil divided
2 3/4 c sliced fresh mushrooms
5 garlic cloves minced
1/2 c reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 c grated parmesan

Cook spaghetti. Meanwhile chop tomato. Set aside
In a large Ziploc bag combine flour and garlic salt. Add chicken a few pieces at a time. Shake to coat. Saute chicken in 2 T of oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. On same skillet saute mushrooms and garlic. Add broth , parsley, basil, salt, pepper and pepper flakes. Stir in tomatoes and chicken. Heat through. Drain spaghetti add to chicken mixture. Stir in parmesan, toss to coat.

I like to add frozen spinach , thawed and squeezed dry to the mushrooms and garlic.
