1 c flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon divided
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c canola oil
3 T milk
1/4 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flours, sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, soda, salt, Baking powder, and nutmeg. Whisk egg whites, egg and applesauce, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Transfer to greased loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
