• 2 heads of sour cabbage
• 800 grams ground beef
• 1 kg ground beef
• 300 grams of smoked bacon, diced and fried • 1/2 cup minute rice
• 2 onions diced
Sprinkle dill, 2 cloves garlic -
• paprika powder
• generous salt and pepper

Directions:
Put sour cabbage heads into cold water and rinse & separate and drain leaves. Pat to dry and add the above filling to a leaf held in your palm, lap the sides over, and roll together, seam side down into roasting pan.

When all rolls have been completed, pour 1.5 - 2 cups chicken broth and 1 tin of diced tomatoes over mixture, cook in oven for min 1 hour check to make sure the pan does not dry out.
