Tortellini and Ham Recipe

1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 c chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 c reduced fat butter, cubed
1/4 c flour
3/4 c fat free milk
1/4 c half and half
1 1/2 c cubed ham
4 oz cream cheese cubed
1/4 c grated parmesan
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 med tomato seeded and chopped

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Add broccoli the last 5 minutes of cooking. In a large fry pan melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute until thickened. Add ham, cheeses, basil, garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in tomato. Drain tortellini, add to pan and heat through.
