2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups peeled, diced apples
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup soft margarine
2 large eggs (if small, use 3)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add apples, walnuts, margarine and eggs and stir until flour is no longer visible. Batter will be stiff. Spoon into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan and baked in preheated oven 325º to 50-60 minutes. Cool and cut into squares to serve. Cover tightly to store.
