1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/3 C Butter
1 egg

3 C mini marshmallows

2/3 C corn syrup
1/4 C butter
12 oz pkg butterscotch chips
2 C Rice Crispies
2 C peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Mix cake mix, butter, and egg. Press into ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake 12- 18 minutes until set.
Remove cake mixture from oven, top with marshmallows. Put back into oven until they puff. Cool.
Mix and heat: corn syrup, butter, butterscotch chips. Remove from heat, add Rice Crispies and peanuts. Spread over marshmallows and cool.
