1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 large tub Cool Whip
2 pkg. lemon pie filling, cooked mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st three ingredients until crumbly, press into 8x12 pan. Bake 350º for 15 minutes. Cool.. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and add 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate. Cook 2 pkg. of lemon pie filling according to package instructions. Partially cool. Spread over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until completely cooled. Cover with rest of Cool Whip. Can top with pecans if desired.
