1 box yellow cake mix
¼ cup margarine (or butter)
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3 eggs
1 ½ cups sour cream (fat free)

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons hot water
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, brown sugar, nuts and 2/3 cup of cake mix – will be crumbly. Set aside for topping. Beat eggs and sour cream until smooth. Add rest of cake mix, stir until smooth. Divide batter in half – layer ½ batter, ½ topping, ½ batter, and ½ topping in a 13x9 inch greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Mix glaze and pour over cooked cake.
