1 lb. bacon - fry & crumble
24 oz. hash browns
1 cup onion,chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 cups water
2-1/2 cans evaporated milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup cubed ham
1 lb. velveeta cheese
ground pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion,carrot & celery to 4 cups of boiling water. Boil until tender. Add bacon and potatoes, return to boil and boil 1 minute. Add ham, evaporated milk and cheese. Add pepper if desired. Cook on low heat until cheese melted and soup is heated through.
