3-4# Beef Brisket (fat removed)
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. worchester sauce
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices with liquid smoke and worchester sauce. Spread over brisket. Cover tightly and marinate in refrigerator over night. Cook covered at 300º for 4-1/4 hours. Uncover, add favorite barbeque sauce and bake 45 minutes more. Slice cross-grain into thin strips.
