4 boneless pork chops 1/2 inch thick
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix seasonings together, stir well. Coat both sides of pork chops and fry in 2 tbsp. butter until dark brown.
