2 T shortening
1 can tomato soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can corn
3 garlic buttons
1 can ripe olives
2 onions, chopped
½ lbs sharp cheese
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 lbs. noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet. Add garlic, onion & bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly. Add soup, corn & olives. Add a little water and stir often to keep from sticking. In casserole dish, when mixture is finished cooking, add a layer of cooked noodles, layer of meat mixture and cover each layer with shredded cheese. Place in oven at 350° and cook until cheese is melted and mixture bubbles.
