1 lb. Sirloin Steak ˝” thick
1 can sliced mushrooms
˝ C minced onion
2 T butter
1 10 1/2 oz. can beef consommé
2 T catsup
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
3 T flour
1 C sour cream
Noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into very thin slices then cube it. Cook and stir mushrooms and onions until tender. (Remove) In same skillet, brown meat lightly on both sides. In skillet add 1/3 cup consommé; flour, catsup, salt and stir. Add the rest of the consommé; mushrooms and onions. Heat until boiling and boil for 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles or rice.
