1 cup water
1 cup cashews
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast flakes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup oil (optional)
1/2 tsp honey
2 tbsp onion chips

Directions:
Directions:
Whiz all ingredients, except oil, in blender until smooth. If using oil, slowly add until thick (while blending). Pour into bowl and refrigerate. Use as cheese sauce over vegetables or beans.
