1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb Tofu, mashed with fork
1 tbsp and 1 tsp Chicken Style seasoning (Herbamerz)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (optional)

Directions:

Saute chopped onions in skillet with water and oil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until all flavors are blended.

Eat hot or cold as a sandwich filler or eat in place of scrambled eggs.
