1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp baking yeast
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flours and salt together in a bowl. Mix yeast with warm water and 2 tbsp of honey in a glass dish. Stir a little and place in a warm area to froth. Stir in oil and pour this mixture into flour mixture. Add remaining honey. Stir well pulling dough from sides of bowl. Form a ball, place in bowl and cover and let rise for 1 hour in warm area. Punch dough, it should fall. Form rolls and place them on a sprayed baking pan. Let rise in warm area for 30 minutes. Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes, until done. Brush with soy margarine and place on cooling racks to cool. Place in gallon sized plastic bags.
