1 envelope dry yeast
1 cup heavy cream
3 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
8 Macintosh apples
1/2 cup butter melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Part one: Swedish Cream Dough

A. Dissolve 1 envelope of dry yeast in 1/4 cup 115 degree water
B. Mix well with 1 cup heavy Cream, 1/4 cup evaporated Milk, and 3 slightly beaten egg yolks put aside.
C. In a large Mixing bowl, stir together 3 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
D. cut in 1/2 cup butter(no substitutes) until crumbly
E. Stir in yeast mixture into flour mixture
F. Cover dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out, refrigerate until ready to use.

Part Two:
A. Butter a Jelly roll pan to grease it.
B. Line the pan with wads of dough pushed down to cover the entire pan.
C. set to rise in a warm place.
D. Pare 8 Macintosh apples and cut into thin slices.
E. Arrange the apple slices into rows over the entire raised dough.
f. Melt 1/2 cup butter and drizzle over the apples and dough.
G. Sprinkle on top the apples an cinnamon sugar mix(1/3 cup sugar and 1tsp. cinnamon)
H. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve with coffee or vanilla Ice cream.
