Fish fillets
Flour
Old Bay seafood seasoning
Panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper
egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, pepper, Old Bay to Flour (1 plate)
Add salt, pepper, Old Bay to Panko (1 plate)
1 bowl for egg whites
Flour fish, then dredge in egg whites. Put in Panko.
Deep fry 375º until fish floats.
