2 tbls. oil
2 onions, chopped fine
1 lb. ground beef
4 cups water
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbls. chili powder
1/2 tbls.cayene red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp.ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Lightly brown onion, ground beef, garlic in oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer uncovered for a 1/2 hour
