4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 c. water
1 (8 or 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. honey
cooked white rice or noodles
sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion. Add soup, water, pineapple with juice, soy sauce, and honey. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Serve with rice or noodles and sprinkle with green onions.

This can be done in the oven. Just brown the meat then place in baking dish and cover with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
