6-10 potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 cup onions finely chopped
1 stick margarine
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute onions with 1/2 stick of margarine until soft and clear. Pour onions over potatoes. Mix remaining margarine, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream and 3 slices of bacon, salt & pepper with potatoes. Mix well. For some of the ingredients, you may want to add more. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon pieces. Bake at 350º for 15-20 mins or until cheese on top is melted.
