1 lb ground chuck
1 lb fresh Italian sausage
1 lb fresh green onion sausage
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
8 oz Swiss cheese
1 lg container of Creole seasoning (onion, bell pepper & celery)
3 bags pistoletts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tips of sausage and squeeze out ingredients. Mix that and ground chuck together & brown real good. Drain . Add Creole seasonings, cook down. Then add cheese, melt down and mix real well.
Cut bread and stuff middle with mixture. Wrap each in foil. Bake at 350º for 12-15 mins.
