2 Lbs. beef chuck or stew beef cut into 1 inch cubes
/4 C. Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 C. Beef broth
1 Tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tsp. Paprika
4 Carrots, sliced
3 Potatoes, diced
2 Onions, chopped
1 Stalk Celery,Sliced
2 Tsp. Kitchen Boquet (optional)

Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat.Stir to mix well. Add vegetables and broth . Cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high 4 to 5 hours) Stir beef stew throughly before serving.
