coddlers
other ingredients as desired (cheese, asparagus, ham)

Directions:
Directions:
Crack one egg in to each egg coddler (or two if using the larger coddlers). Add other ingredients as desired, such as grated cheddar cheese, asparagus tips and ham pieces. Screw on lid, and add to a pot of rapidly boiling water. If boil subsides, wait until it is rolling again, and time the eggs for 5 minutes. Remove from water, and serve with toast sliced to dip in the egg.
