1/2 cup maple syrump
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange zest
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of cayenne
4 salmon fillets pieces (about 6 oz. each)
Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow glass dish, mix together first 5 ingredients.
Add salmon and turn to coat and let the fish sit in the marinade flesh side down.
Marinade for up to 6 hours, in the refrigerator, covered.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a small baking sheet or shallow pan with cooking spray (Pam).
Remove salmon from marinade and let excess moisture drip off. Place salmon touching on the sheet and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Bake until the thickest part of the salmon is opaque, approximately 10-15 minutes.

OR
Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Lay salmon on prepared cedar plank and grill the fish with lid closed until salmon is done, for about 10-15 minutes.

(Recipe can be cut in half for dinner for 2)
