3 Filet Mignon’s chopped or sliced
3 jars of Brown Gravy
3 small can’s Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
2-3 Shots of cognac
3 pieces of fresh garlic (minced up fine)
1 bunch of fresh basil (chopped up)
3 tablespoons olive oil (or you can use butter

Directions:
Directions:
Chop/slice steaks. Take sauté pan and add – Garlic, Basil and olive oil and sauté on low heat for a couple of minutes. Stir this mixture making sure not to burn the garlic. Then add the steak & Salt/Pepper to taste. Lightly brown the steak. Then pour in the gravy. Add the Cognac and flambé (take a match and throw it in and fish it out after flame goes out). Stir until flame goes out. Then add the tomato sauce and simmer for 1 hour on med heat. Serve over plain rice or pasta
