1 lb Penne Pasta dry noodles
1 container of Paul Newman Salad Dressing – Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt, Pepper to taste
1 – 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper power
1 Pealed & sliced Cucumber
1 can black Olives drained & cut into pieces
1 green bell pepper sliced thin
˝ Red Onion sliced thin
4-6 Green Onions/Scallions chopped up
1 Jar or frozen package of Artichoke Hearts (drained and sliced)
3 -4 tomatoes sliced
˝ Jar Pepperchini Sliced Peppers (Drained)
3-4 shakes of Johnny’s Season Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Pasta as directed on package (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water. Cut up veggies and add to pasta. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate after making.
