1/2 c onion
4 tbs oleo
3 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 2/3 c milk
2 cans whole kernel corn drained
2 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 c crushed saltine crackers
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion in oleo until golden. blend in flour and seasonings, cook until bubbly. remove from heat. gradually add milk. return to heat, bring to a boil for one minute, stirring constantly. remove from heat. add corn, eggs and crackers. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. top with buttered crumbs. Bake. (If mixture seems too thick add 1/4 c milk before baking). Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
