1 Tbsp veg oil
6 pork chops
salt (seasoned)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of each milk and sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet heat oil, brown pork chops on both sides. Drain, sprinkle salt on chops, set aside. In bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup onions. Spoon mixture in to 9x13 backing dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake covered at 350º for 40 min or until cook chops are done. Top chops with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered 5 min or until onions are golden brown.
