10 large or 15 smaller chiles

1 t. cumin
2 T. coriander
2 T. sesame seeds
1/2 c. peanuts
1 large piece of ginger
5 cloves of garlic

1 onion, chopped
1 t. turmeric
1 t. salt
piece tamarind
12 cumin leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil water and add chiles, cover and med. heat about 25 minutes. I used my silver wok with not too much water.

2.Brown cumin, coriander and sesame seeds in the skillet.
Put these and the rest of ingredients. It must come out smooth. The easiest is ground dry ingredients and then add to the processor with the rest and 1/2 c. of water or so.

3. Saute the next list of ingredients, add processed ingredients and add about 1 c. water.
Add chiles, cover and simmer.
