2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
3 or 4 large tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green onions
4 tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 eggs, beaten

Cook and drain spinach; peel and slice tomatoes into 10 or 12 thick slices; place on a greased baking pan and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; spoon on top of tomato slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
