1 1/4 lbs. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 packages (stacks) of Ritz crackers, crushed
12 tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Put l/2 of mushrooms in a 9"x13" casserole.
Melt 6 tbsp. of the butter and mix with 1 stack of crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top of mushrooms.
Layer remaining mushrooms and top with remaining crackers and butter.

Pour whipping cream around edges of casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
